The Inspiring Leaders Programme will commence with an online onboarding session on Monday 9th June 2025 (1:00-3:30 pm). Attendance at this onboarding session is mandatory to join the programme.
How it works
Advisory Board Experience
You’ll join a small business advisory board. This experience allows you to apply your skills in real-world situations, and learn how other leaders respond to the challenge.
You’ll be supporting two different small businesses for six months each - you’ll take part in their advisory boards, and eventually chairing meetings and mentoring one of the businesses.
Cohort Reflection Sessions
You’ll get together with your peer learning group three times over the year - to share experiences, reflect on what you’ve learned and strategise how you’d tackle situations in the future.
From start to finish, we ensure that every aspect of the programme contributes to your leadership development goals.
E-learning
In addition to your hands-on experiences, you can access the online self-paced learning and materials.
Carefully curated bite-size content, each lesson designed for only 5-10 minutes a day, that complements your learning journey and provides you with the flexibility to expand your knowledge on your terms.
