Inspiring Leaders Programme

Equip your senior leaders with hands-on leadership development that brings resilience, strategic thinking and collaboration. All whilst driving real-world results.

The challenge

Experiencial learning drives real-world results.

We know traditional theory-based learning does not always address the diverse skills needed to be a leader in a business like yours.

Effective leadership is crucial to an organisation's success, but providing your talent with learning opportunities that will excite and inspire them can be challenging.

We have that covered, the Inspiring Leaders Programme:

  • Engages with your people

  • Creates sustained behaviour change

  • Gives your future leaders a safe space, away from clients and peers, to test their new behaviours

  • Adds measurable social and economic impact to your bottom line

Without an effective leadership development programme, your organisation may face stagnation, decreased employee engagement, and the risk of falling behind competitors.

If you are looking to take part in the Inspiring Leaders Programme as an individual, check out our open cohort here.

Inspiring Leaders Programme in more detail

Advisory board experience

Your leader will join a small business advisory board. This experience allows them to apply their skills in real-world situations, and learn how their peers respond to the challenge.

They will be supporting two different small businesses for six months each - taking part in their advisory boards, and eventually chairing meetings and mentoring one of the business leaders.

Cohort reflection sessions

They will get together with their peer learning group three times over the year - to share experiences, reflect on what they’ve learned and strategise how they’d tackle situations in the future.

From start to finish, we ensure that every aspect of the programme contributes to your organisation’s leadership development goals.
