HOW WE CAN SUPPORT YOU

We support HR, Talent and Leadership Development Teams by:

  • Delivering a fully managed, turnkey leadership programme - we take care of onboarding, delivery, mentoring, coaching, logistics, and impact reporting.

  • Offering a practical, low-lift solution that integrates easily with your existing talent strategy and requires no internal facilitation.

  • Providing a meaningful use for unspent L&D budgets, with high-impact results delivered through small, focused cohorts of 6–10 participants.

  • White-labelling seamlessly into your existing leadership frameworks or flagship development pathways.

  • Creating a development route for high-potential talent who haven’t yet joined your flagship programmes - ensuring no leader is left behind.

We do this by giving your leaders the chance to apply their skills in real-world environments by supporting live SMEs (small-medium enterprises) through advisory boards.

Inspiring Leaders Programme in more detail

Advisory board experience

Your leader will join a small business advisory board. This experience allows them to apply their skills in real-world situations, and learn how their peers respond to the challenge.

They will be supporting two different small businesses for six months each - taking part in their advisory boards, and eventually chairing meetings and mentoring one of the business leaders.

Cohort reflection sessions

They will get together with their peer learning group three times over the year - to share experiences, reflect on what they’ve learned and strategise how they’d tackle situations in the future.

From start to finish, we ensure that every aspect of the programme contributes to your organisation’s leadership development goals.

How Leaders Thrive in Uncertain Times

Thursday 8th May | 12.00 - 13.00 | Zoom

Leadership has never been more complex - or more critical.

In a world shaped by rapid technological change, AI disruption, economic uncertainty, volatile markets and organisational complexity, traditional leadership development is no longer enough. The pace of change is too fast, and the pressure too high, for passive learning or static models.

This webinar explores how a new model is creating transformational impact.
