This is not a traditional leadership course. It’s a supported, experiential journey that combines advisory board experience, cohort-based learning, and guided reflection to help you step confidently into your next leadership chapter.

How it works

Advisory Board Experience

You’ll join a small business advisory board. This experience allows you to apply your skills in real-world situations, and learn how other leaders respond to the challenge.

You’ll take part in their advisory boards, and eventually chairing meetings and mentoring one of the businesses.

Cohort Reflection Sessions

You’ll get together with your peer learning group three times over the year - to share experiences, reflect on what you’ve learned and strategise how you’d tackle situations in the future.

From start to finish, we ensure that every aspect of the programme contributes to your leadership development goals.

E-learning

In addition to your hands-on experiences, you can access the online self-paced learning and materials. 

Carefully curated bite-size content, each lesson designed for only 5-10 minutes a day, that complements your learning journey and provides you with the flexibility to expand your knowledge on your terms.

Who is inspiring leaders for?

This Leaders Programme is designed for Women who:

Have a minimum of 5+ years of corporate or (senior) management experience
Aspire to executive leadership or governance roles
Want to deepen their leadership skills through hands-on experiential learning
Are eager to broaden their professional network and connections
Would gain fulfilment from using learnt expertise to drive positive social impact outside of their day-to-day role

What does it cost?

12 Installments: Spread the cost across 12 easy monthly payments of €49

What’s the time commitment?

Participants dedicate on average 2.5 hours per month while on the programme. This may include a board meeting, cohort reflection session or self-paced learning using our online resources.
