Be the Business commissioned Ipsos MORI to undertake an evaluation of the digital Benchmarking and Assessment tool. The tool is targeted at SME leaders and serves as a diagnostic, identifying areas where they could potentially improve their productivity based on proven management practices.
This report presents the findings from the impact evaluation, and draws upon findings from the scoping, design and process evaluation phases. The study was carried out between August 2020 and August 2021.
