Lloyds Bank are working in partnership with Be the Business to support small businesses by connecting them to relevant experts and leadership opportunities.
Be the Business is an independent charity that inspires greater productivity, by connecting leadership teams to the curated expertise needed to answer today’s challenges.
Our Programmes
We are offering leaders of small and medium-sized businesses access to expertise through Be the Business Mentoring or The Productivity Programme.
Both programmes are designed to help you make better business decisions and support your business productivity.
The Productivity Programme
Participants in The Productivity Programme are matched with an Advisory Board of volunteers.
This Advisory Board meets four times over a six-month period. In between meetings, a board member will provide you with two additional one-on-one sessions to check-in and offer extra support.
You will also be able to participate in two interactive peer learning sessions where you can discuss business challenges and opportunities with others in a similar position to you.
Fully-funded spaces for the programme have now been filled however we still offer the programme self funded.
