The Inspiring Leaders Programme

Develop your leaders through a uniquely rewarding 13-month online Advisory Board experience, positively contributing to the UK’s economy by supporting small businesses.

The current challenge

87% of leaders believe they have critical skill gaps

In today's uncertain and complex business landscape, your leaders require a diverse set of skills that can no longer be taught through traditional learning and development methods - these can only be gained through real-world experience.

You know leadership is crucial to your organiation's success, but finding the right programme that truly meets your needs is challenging. Your organisation requires a programme that:

  • Aligns with your goals

  • Addresses specific challenges

  • Delivers measurable results

  • Boosts engagement and retention

Without an effective leadership development programme, your organisation may face stagnation, decreased employee engagement, and the risk of falling behind competitors.

How it works

From initial consultation to programme delivery, we handle every detail.

Step 1. Onboarding

Once the consultation is complete, we seamlessly integrate with your team, handling every detail of the programme. Our onboarding process is designed to ensure that your leaders gain the maximum benefit from The Inspiring Leaders Programme.

Step 2. The Programme Experience

The immersive experience allows your leaders to apply their skills in three real-world learning environments: joining an Advisory Board supporting two small business leaders, applying learnings from their Cohort Reflection Sessions, and Mentoring one of the businesses. This immersive approach creates tangible and lasting learning outcomes.
