The Founder's Marketing Trap

In this February Spark Session, we’ll chat with growth marketing expert John Graham about what it really takes to grow a business through marketing.

If you’re like most business owners, much of your day is spent juggling priorities and reacting to the next “urgent” thing. The result? Growth stalls.

We’ll explore an intriguing thesis: the biggest roadblock to scaling isn’t budget, talent, or tools - it’s the founder bottleneck. Many business owners end up as “accidental marketing managers,” constantly tweaking ads and changing direction week to week, unintentionally limiting their own growth.
