The Productivity Programme (TPP) is an executive leadership support programme, open to the leaders of UK based small businesses (Founder/Owner/CX/MD)
TPP typically runs for six months. At the end of TPP, participants have the option to continue with a rolling monthly Productivity Programme on a subscription basis (TPPs).
Participants coming towards the end of TPP will be offered the option to pay to continue on an ongoing basis.
TPP core deliverables
TPP Participants will receive the following:
Onboarding Session
2 x 1:1 Mentoring Sessions
4 x Advisory Board Meetings
Option to attend up to 2 x Spark Sessions
Access to online resources and tools
Support from a Board Administrator to co-ordinate their advisory board meetings.
When TPP launches, subject to scheduling, two board meetings will be held in consecutive months, after which an alternate monthly pattern of board meetings and mentoring will be established.
A calendar of Sparks Sessions will be published online. Participants are entitled to register for two sessions and may attend additional sessions if spaces are available.
All activity is delivered online using Microsoft Teams.
Advisory Boards will comprise 4 x board members, each an experienced business leader acting voluntarily. Be the Business recognises that unforeseen circumstances arise that impact on the ability to attend the board’s schedule. At least two board members will be required for a board meeting to take place. Be the Business will work with participants and board members to accommodate moving a scheduled meeting a week earlier or later in the event that the minimum required attendees are not able to attend. During TPP, unforeseen circumstances may mean that it is necessary for a board member to withdraw. When this occurs, Be the Business will contact the participant to discuss options including the replacement of the original board member.
The Productivity Programme [Subscription] (TPPs)
When their TPP ends, participants wishing to continue with the programme may be offered the opportunity to participate in our Productivity programme on a subscription basis (TPPs), TPPs offers an alternate monthly pattern of board meetings and 1:1 mentoring sessions designed to continue on immediately after TPP ends. The business leader (or a nominated representative from the business) will be entitled to attend one Sparks Sessions from the calendar per month whilst participating in the ongoing programme.
Where a business wishes to continue, the board members working with the business in TPP will be invited to remain on the board for an extended period. Should board members prefer to stand down, replacement board members will be invited to join the board.
