The Future Telco Focus Groups - Gift Voucher T&Cs

  • We are running several focus groups to understand SMB needs. As part of this initiative we are offering a gift voucher for business leaders who are taking part the focus groups.

  • Below we outline the T&Cs relating to the gift vouchers.

Terms and Conditions

Be the Business Trading Ltd (“BTB”), a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 10894488 and registered office at 10 Queen Street Place, London, England, EC4R 1AG, trading as Be the Business.

  1. To receive a Gift Voucher, you must:

    • Express interest in attending, be selected for, and attend a Be the Business focus group taking place before midnight on Monday, 30 March 2026.

    • Meet BTB’s participant criteria. Attendance offers will be based on suitability and to ensure a range of views and experiences. Submission of interest does not guarantee a place.

  2. Eligibility:

    • Participants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.

    • Only one Gift Voucher per individual is permitted.

  3. Gift Voucher details:

    • The Gift Voucher will be an electronic voucher issued by an organisation of BTB’s choice.

    • The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash equivalent will be offered.

  4. Distribution:

    • Vouchers will be provided via email within two months of the focus group taking place.

    • It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date.

    • BTB is not responsible for vouchers lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to inaccurate contact information.

  5. Contact and withdrawal:

    • If a participant cannot be contacted within 28 days of the initial attempt, BTB reserves the right to withdraw the offer.

  6. BTB reserves the right to:

    • Replace the Gift Voucher with an alternative reward of equivalent value, or

    • Withdraw or cancel the offer at any time at its discretion.

  7. Entry into or participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. BTB’s decision is final and binding in all matters.
