May 2024 – The Productivity Advocacy Group is founded by Sir Charlie Mayfield
June 2024 – First meeting of the Productivity Advocacy Group
August 2024 – Be the Business holds meetings with government representatives and mayoral combined authorities to agree collaboration objectives and pilot details, aimed to stimulate regional quest for growth and achieve 2x to 3x growth in each regional pilot area
October 2024 – Finalise pilot locations and conduct regional stakeholder engagement
January 2025 – Launch first regional pilot
December 2025 – First year review
