The Inspiring Leaders Programme is recognised by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), offering alumni access to a pathway for further learning, and a CMI certificate of attendance.
As an Inspiring Leaders participant, you’ll take part in a range of activities that combine to provide you with a unique opportunity for development, and a sense of achievement and purpose.
How it works
The onboarding process is designed to ensure you gain the maximum benefit from the Inspiring Leaders programme.
We’ll outline the process, the commitments required, and the help available. You’ll also complete our Board Intelligences Self Assessment Tool.
You’ll join a small business advisory board. This experience allows you to apply your skills in real-world situations, and learn how other leaders respond to the challenge.
You’ll be supporting a small businesses over a 12 month period - you’ll take part in their advisory boards, and eventually chair meetings and mentoring one of the businesses.
You’ll get together with your peer learning group three more times over the year - to share experiences, reflect on what you’ve learned and strategise how you’d tackle situations in the future.
From start to finish, we ensure that every aspect of the programme contributes to your leadership development goals.
Inspiring Leaders Programme offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills, connect with influential leaders, and make a meaningful difference.

Inspiring Leaders Programme is designed for individuals who:
Have a minimum of 5+ years of corporate or (senior) management experience
Aspire to executive leadership or governance roles
Want to deepen their leadership skills through hands-on experiential learning

Would gain fulfilment from using learnt expertise to drive positive social impact outside of their day-to-day role

Pay in Full: Make a one-time payment of £1,188 + VAT
12 Installments: Spread the cost across 12 easy monthly payments of £99 + VAT
Participants dedicate on average 2.5 hours per month while on the programme. This may include a board meeting, cohort reflection session or self-paced learning using our online resources.
