How the programme works
Your own advisory board
Learn from the real-world experience of some of the UK’s smartest business brains: senior figures from top companies, independent consultants and respected retirees.
During bi-monthly 90-minute meetings, they’ll unpack your challenges and share expertise on finance, marketing, operations, sales and HR. We take care of all the admin, so you can focus on your next moves.
One to One mentoring
As you dig into your business challenges, you may feel you want some additional support in a specific area - or maybe you’ll have another topic you’d like to explore.
We will invite you to work directly with a member of your advisory board, to ask all the difficult questions and hone the skills you need to get the most out of your experience.
Online peer sessions
‘Sparks’ interactive peer learning sessions are an opportunity for you to compare notes, share successes and explore ideas around specific topics.
Each online session is led by a facilitator, and features a guest expert to share insight and ‘spark’ the discussion. Not only will you expand your network, you’ll come away with new ideas to try.
