1. Read the Programme

Your handbook includes detailed information on each stage of the programme, and the benefits it delivers.
This essential resource will ensure you are well-prepared to engage with all aspects of the programme.
2. Take the 360 Business Assessment
The 360 Business Assessment Tool is a comprehensive review of your business pre and post-programme, ensuring you have a clear view of the strengths and challenges in your business.
In addition, you’ll also have access to the Small Business Balanced Scorecard which you can use after your first board meeting.
3. Complete your Managing Director report
To get the most from the programme, you should prepare and share information so your board arrive informed and provide you with effective support.
Completed at least one week in advance of the first meeting, the Managing Director report will help introduce yourself and your business to your Advisory Board.
